The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for delivering efficient and compliant humanresources operational support throughout the employee lifecycle. This role manages personnel
administration payroll coordination time and attendance processes benefits administration
onboarding and offboarding activities employee inquiries HR reporting and workforce
analytics. The position plays a key role in ensuring data accuracy process excellence regulatory
compliance and a positive employee experience.
Job Description:
- Manage the employee lifecycle including hiring onboarding employee changes and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Administer payroll and time & attendance processes ensuring data accuracy and timely employee payments.
- Coordinate employee benefits administration enrollments updates and employee support.
- Provide first-level HR support to employees and managers resolving inquiries related to HR policies payroll benefits and attendance.
- Generate HR reports dashboards and workforce analytics to support decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze key HR metrics including headcount absenteeism overtime attrition and vacation utilization.
- Conduct HR audits and ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and operational standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes and employee experience.
Required Skills and Education
- Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration Psychology Industrial Relations or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources Operations Shared Services Payroll Administration or a related HR function.
- Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes in a manufacturing or corporate environment is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Experience working with HRIS platforms preferably Workday.
- Knowledge of payroll time management and attendance systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience creating and maintaining reports dashboards and workforce metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
