What youll do

• Support day-to-day HR operations and respond to employee requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with onboarding activities and new hire coordination to help ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Follow up on HR-related actions with cross-functional partners such as Recruiting Payroll Benefits and People Operations.
• Maintain HR trackers reports and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support internal HR communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities site events meetings and trainings.
• Participate in ERG initiatives and support inclusion and culture-building activities.
• Assist with data validation audit activities and process review tasks.
• Support special HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.

What youll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Currently pursuing a bachelors or graduate degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration Organizational Development Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong English communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through independently and collaboratively.
