To attract identify and select the best talent available in the market to fill company vacancies in the shortest time possible ensuring that candidates align with the organizations culture.
- Related fields: Psychology Business Administration Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
- Experience: 2 years in talent acquisition job board management and candidate screening.
- Knowledge: Basic labor laws use of digital job platforms and interview techniques.
- Post job openings on social media job boards and specialized portals.
- Review resumes and conduct phone or in-person screenings.
- Conduct competency-based interviews to evaluate personnel.
- Coordinate psychometric or technical assessments and follow up through the hiring stages.
