About the role

In this role you will join a fast-paced Human Resources team serving employees managers and HR colleagues in the Mexico region. We are looking for team members who enjoy helping employees find answers to their HR-related questions and have a strong interest in improving how HR delivers. A successful team member will be detail-orientedpossessa problem-solving mindset and have a keen interest in improving existing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support primarily but not exclusively face-to-face to hourly employees on various HR-related inquiries and deliverables such as HR policies and procedures benefits payroll and HR programs.

• Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure effective and efficient HR service delivery related to hourly processes.

• Assistwith the administration of GPS programs and initiatives such as onboarding offboarding and talent and performance management.

• Participate in GPS HR projects as needed.

• Contribute to the development maintenance and improvement of GPS procedures.

As a minimum you must have:

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Psychology Administration or a related field with 1yearof experience in the Human Resources field preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Advanced conversational English.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong customer service orientation whilemaintaininga high levelof integrity and confidentiality.

• Ability to work collaboratively with others and build strong working relationships.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Familiaritywithunderstanding of HR policies and procedures.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience with HRIS tools such as Workday is a plus.
