Host showroom

We are seeking a polished service-driven and detail-oriented Showroom Host to serve as the first point of contact for clients brokers and VIP guests within a luxury residential development.

This position is ideal for a junior professional with excellent communication skills executive presence and a genuine interest in luxury hospitality real estate and elevated customer experience.

• Provide an exceptional guest experience aligned with a high-end luxury environment.

• Ensure showroom spaces model residences and common areas are maintained to the highest standards at all times.

• Coordinate appointments and visitor flow alongside the commercial team and Purchase Facilitators.

• Manage guest registration and maintain accurate follow-up through HubSpot CRM.

• Oversee showroom presentation including lighting music amenities and presentation materials.

• Professionally manage inquiries received through Instagram Facebook and WhatsApp Business.

• Qualify and direct digital leads to the appropriate sales team members.

• Support showroom events press visits activations and marketing initiatives.

• Assist with inventory management vendor coordination and daily showroom operations.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Public Relations Business Administration or a related field.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles within luxury hospitality premium real estate luxury retail automotive fashion or other high-end service environments.

• Native Spanish and conversational English required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Professional appearance and executive presence.

• Highly organized proactive and detail-oriented.
