Workday is expanding our team of professional services consultants in Mexico across a wide range of experience and skill levels. About the Role
As a Functional Consultant you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workdays product solutions. You will provide your implementation expertise to our clients while understanding how to best configure and test Workday solutions to meet their business requirements.
About You
Basic Qualifications
3 years of functional experience with at least one of the following HCM solutions: HCM Core Talent Management Talent Acquisition and Benefits.
Previous consulting experience either as a consultant with a professional services company or as an internal consultant.
Experience implementing or working with Workday SAP Oracle PeopleSoft ADP Ultimate or similar applications.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
Other Qualifications
Passion for customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-
training.
Experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously a plus.
Bilingual in Spanish and English
