We are currently searching for a Senior ServiceNow Developer:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Initialize local applications transform metadata and deploy scoped applications from a local IDE (e.g. VS Code).
• Define application metadata in code using ServiceNow Fluent server-side JavaScript modules and third-party libraries.
• Execute incident management problem management change management knowledge management service catalog and service level management (SLM) workflows.
• Develop custom scoped applications and build web-based tools utilizing Java J2EE Servlet JSP XML AJAX SQL jQuery and JavaScript.
• Work extensively with REST APIs to coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues.
• Develop maintain and execute reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets.
• Obtain analyze and interpret business requirements to propose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow answering complex how-to configuration questions for senior stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive system design and operations documentation.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• 8 years of proven experience in ServiceNow platform development and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow SDK (NOW SDK).
• Deep understanding of core platform features flow designer ACLs server-side APIs and client-side APIs.
• Strong knowledge of ATF (Automated Test Framework) reports dashboards import sets transformations update sets system clones and upgrades.
• Exceptional problem-analysis skills including the use of mathematical concepts to validate results.
• Strong analytical ability to collect organize disseminate and present significant amounts of information with high attention to detail.
• Clear and concise communication with superior written and verbal skills to articulate technical aspects to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage and prioritize work effectively with minimal supervision in a global team environment.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience emotional intelligence and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering.

Desired

• Experience leveraging Now Assist for Creator (or similar generative AI developer tools) to optimize development efficiency code generation and workflow automation.
• Solid understanding of ITSM and CSM modules Event Management Integrations and Orchestration.
• A fair understanding of MID Server Configuration CMDB discovery and asset management.
• Strong knowledge and experience with debugging and troubleshooting mechanisms in ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
