- Implement expatriate compensation instructions and payroll inputs provided by the Global Mobility team through local payroll providers.
- Ensure accurate administration of expatriate compensation elements including salaries allowances bonuses incentives and other mobility-related payments.
- Support the preparation of compensation sheets and payroll calculations for internationally mobile employees from/to the region.
- Serve as the local subject matter expert on Mexican payroll compensation and benefits practices.
- Provide guidance to Global Mobility and other stakeholders on local salary structures statutory benefits bonus schemes and payroll implications.
- Maintain a solid understanding of international mobility taxation principles including the impact of double taxation agreements and social security treaties.
- Collaborate closely with payroll providers tax advisors Global Mobility HR and Finance to ensure compliant and accurate payroll processing.
- Review payroll outputs and identify potential discrepancies risks or compliance gaps related to mobility cases.
- Support audits reporting requirements and continuous process improvements related to global mobility payroll administration.
- Contribute to the development and standardization of mobility payroll processes within the People Services Hub.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Finance Business Administration Accounting or a related field.
- Several years of experience in payroll administration preferably with exposure to expatriate or international payroll processes.
- Several years of experience in Global Mobility
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices in Mexico and preferably the region.
- Understanding of payroll-related tax and social security regulations.
- Familiarity with the concepts of double taxation agreements and social security totalization treaties is highly desirable.
- Experience working with external payroll providers and managing complex compensation calculations.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret compensation data and explain payroll-related topics to multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
