We are currently seeking a ANALYST DASHBOARD & ANALYTICS to join our team in Mexico City. This role will be responsible for:

Transforming marketing data into strategic insights through dashboard development performance analysis and data-driven recommendations that support business decision-making.

A Day in the Life of This Role:

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop visualization tools monitor key marketing performance indicators ensure data quality and deliver actionable insights that help identify business opportunities risks and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design develop and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into marketing performance.
  • Ensure dashboards are user-friendly intuitive and easy to interpret.
  • Update and optimize dashboards and reports with new data on a regular basis.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to dashboards and data sources.
  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends patterns and opportunities.
  • Create reports and analyses that answer specific business questions.
  • Identify risks and opportunities through quantitative analysis.
  • Generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide analytical support to stakeholders across different business functions.
  • Translate complex data into clear understandable information for diverse audiences.
  • Ensure data accuracy consistency and timeliness across reporting platforms.
  • Implement processes and controls that improve data quality.
  • Document data sources metrics and reporting definitions.

Who We Are Looking For:

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Data Analysis Business Intelligence Analytics or related fields.
  • Experience building dashboards and executive-level reports.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data and insights in a clear and simple manner.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work across multiple teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience analyzing marketing customer or commercial performance data.
  • Knowledge of databases data modeling and report automation.
  • Advanced experience with Business Intelligence and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with data-driven decision-making methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
  • Experience presenting insights and recommendations to management and executive-level stakeholders.
