Food and Beverages Director

• Oversee all Food & Beverage outlets ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency.
• Drive compliance with LQA standards and applicable AAA Diamond quality expectations.
• Maximize revenue profitability and cost control through strategic planning and performance analysis.
• Lead inspire and develop high-performing teams fostering a culture of excellence.
• Enhance guest satisfaction through personalized service quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene and operational standards.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive F&B leadership experience in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Strong financial acumen operational expertise and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of LQA standards and luxury service excellence.
• Advanced English proficiency
• Passion for gastronomy innovation and exceptional guest experiences.
