- Lead allFinance and Accounting activities for the Mexico entity.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity offinancial records reporting and statutory compliance.
- Managemonth-end quarter-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and reviewfinancial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Maintain stronginternal controls and financial governance practices.
- Leadbudgeting forecasting and financial planning processes.
- Analyze financial performance profitability revenue trends and cost drivers.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improveprofitability and operational efficiency.
- Develop financial models and business cases to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with localtax legal regulatory and corporate requirements.
- Act as the primary finance contact forinternal and external audits.
- Coordinate audit deliverables and remediation activities.
- SupportERP transformation initiatives including SAP-related projects.
- Driveprocess standardization automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead remediation of historical accounting and reporting issues when required.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams on finance integration projects.
- Monitorcash flow liquidity position and working capital.
- OverseeAccounts Receivable (AR) Accounts Payable (AP) and treasury-related activities.
- Partner with business leaders to support commercial and operational decision-making.
- Present financial performance risks and opportunities to senior leadership.
- Lead mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Foster a culture ofaccountability collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Bachelors Degree inAccounting Finance Economics or a related field.
- 10 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting.
- Minimum5 years of leadership experience managing finance teams.
- Experience working inmultinational organizations.
- Strong background inControllership Financial Reporting Compliance and Audit Management.
- Experience leadingERP implementations migrations or finance transformation projects.
- Knowledge ofMexican statutory tax and regulatory requirements.
- Advanced skills infinancial analysis and business partnering.
- Strong knowledge ofIFRS US GAAP and local accounting regulations.
- Experience withSAP and other ERP platforms.
- Strongproject management and process improvement capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong leadership coaching and talent development capabilities.
- Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- CPA MBA Masters Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience leading large-scalefinance transformation and change management initiatives.
- Advanced experience inprocess automation and finance modernization programs.
