FINANCE- Analyst

CORE RESPONSIBILITY

• Provide quick response to functional user questions/problems for Oracle modules and business applications.
• Generate and assist with timely help ticket resolution for Oracle modules and business applications.
• Preserve efficient operation of Oracle modules and business applications through appropriate testing configuring and patching/upgrading.
• Support testing & documentation efforts for rollouts of existing Oracle modules or business applications to other operating units as well as new Oracle modules or business applications as approved.

• Support research and information gathering for new Oracle module or business applications under consideration for implementation or purchase.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS(INFORMATION PROVIDED BELOW WILL BE USED IN THE JOB POSTING PROCESS)

1. FORMAL EDUCATION:(GENERALLY IF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IS ACCEPTABLE THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THREE YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE FOR EVERY ONE YEAR OF COLLEGE EDUCATION REQUIRED
   1. Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance IT or business related field
   2. English advanced. Oral and written

PREFERRED

1. Possess ERP and/or financial processes understanding. Preference given to Oracle application experience.
2. Demonstrated process improvement identification and task completion. Preference given to transactional lean certification.
3. Analysis solution building and documentation skills for processes requirements and recommendations.
4. Proven ability to work in a team-oriented collaborative environment as well as independently.
5. Ability to facilitate meetings and follow up with resulting action items.
6. Demonstrated work efforts with business personnel across divisions and teams.
7. Understand basics of technology impacts testing processes and controls to safeguard business processes.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues clients and support personnel.
9. Manage time effectively.
10. Communicate effectively orally and in writing.
