As our Facilities Administrator you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across both office and warehouse environments. You will oversee and coordinate services maintenance activities and the management of equipment facilities and permits contributing directly to operational efficiency and compliance.
Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee facilities operations across office and warehouse locations.
- Manage maintenance activities equipment facilities and outsourced service providers to ensure operational continuity.
- Support compliance with federal state and municipal regulations including permits inspections and audits.
- Ensure compliance with Civil Protection and labor authority requirements.
- Monitor office and warehouse equipment services and facility-related needs.
- Collaborate with functional and operational managers to improve administrative processes procedures and systems.
- Evaluate and recommend purchases of office and warehouse supplies and equipment balancing business needs and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate office or warehouse relocation projects when required ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain safe efficient and compliant work environments that support business objectives.
What do you need to be successful
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Architecture Business Administration or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in facilities management property management workplace operations or office administration.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural engineering and construction drawings/plans.
- Willingness and availability to travel domestically as required.
