As an Enhancements Data SSIS Analytics - Senior Associate - Operate you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice you will focus on designing and building data infrastructure and systems to enable efficient data processing and analysis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data pipelines data integration and data transformation solutions.

As a Senior Associate you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico you will leverage advanced technologies and techniques to design and develop robust data solutions for clients. Your work will be integral to the firms overall business strategies using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.

Responsibilities

- Designing and developing data infrastructure and systems to support efficient data processing and analysis
- Implementing data pipelines integration and transformation solutions to convert raw data into actionable insights
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Azure Data Factory to enhance data engineering capabilities
- Managing and optimizing data warehouses including Snowflake and Databricks platforms to improve data accessibility and performance
- Applying analytical thinking and critical problem-solving skills to address complex data challenges
- Collaborating with clients to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive business growth
- Developing and maintaining data architecture and data models to support scalable and reliable data solutions
- Confirming data quality and security through validation and adherence to best practices in database management
- Leading teams in the execution of data-driven projects fostering an environment of learning and innovation
- Navigating complex situations and adapting to changing business contexts to deliver quality outcomes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelors degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems Computer and Information Science Systems Engineering Electrical Engineering Chemical Engineering Industrial Engineering Mathematics Statistics Mathematical Statistics
