What Youll Be Doing

Strategy & Governance

• Define theexperiencecommunications strategy.

• Establish governance standards for content brandingcomplianceand data use.

• Develop lifecycle communication frameworks.

• Partner with CX UX Product MarketingLegaland IT.

Communications & Email Operations

• Own transactional lifecycle and system-triggered communications.

• Build andoptimizeautomation programs withinCRM/ESP platforms.

• Manage segmentationpersonalizationand trigger logic.

• Ensure QAdeliverabilityand operational excellence.

Content & Experience Management

• Align communications with content governanceSEOand web experiences.

• Approve communications for quality consistencyaccessibilityand compliance.

• Maintain reusable templates and design standards.

Analytics & Optimization

• Define KPIs and reporting.
• Lead testing and optimization.
• Use data to improve customer journeys.

What Were Looking For

• 6 years in digital communications email operations customerexperienceor related field.
• B2B technology distribution digitalcommerceor enterprise platform experience.
• Hands-on experience with Eloqua.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS automation segmentationQAand deliverability.
• Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analyticalcommunicationand stakeholder management skills.

The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More: (Optional):

• Communication lifecycle.
• Experience with UX.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid: This position is part of a hybrid work arrangement requiring employee to be in office Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday with the option to work remotely on Monday and Friday.
