Electronic Supplier Quality Engineer

• Supplier claim process management including timely organization of containment actions to ensure availability of certified parts.
• Assure the continue flow on non defect components to the production line.
• Assure Problem solving process for suppliers according to the 8D process.
• Coordinate Failure Analysis activities.
• Knowledge of Electronic components as  Printed Boards Capacitors Resistors IC.
• Support to customer quality groups regarding 8Ds related to Electronic components claims (technical support).
• Follow-up of the defect cost recovery process and concessions management.
• Support with the compliance on all Audits Internal and Externals.
• SAP set up of Components (Quality Set-Up Q-Info Record and Inspection plan).
• Ensures Preventive Quality Planning and Assurance for externally sourced parts (EZRS) including release of initial samples prior to SOP.
• Follow-up to Top worst suppliers (low performance).
• Ensure the department Target Achievement.
• Support the Goals for BPS CIP 5s and ESD.

Qualifications :

• 3 years of experience on similar positions in manufacturing industry
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• English language: Advanced
• Problem solving (desirable)
• Automotive Industry experience (desirable)
• Production processes experience (desirable)
• MS Office proficient
• SAP is desired
