Early Years Educator PN2 teacher

We are seeking a passionate caring and dedicatedPre-Nursery Homeroom Teacher to join our Early Years team in campus Chipinque. This role is responsible for creating a nurturing engaging and stimulating classroom environment where our youngest learners develop the confidence curiosity independence and foundational skills that will support their lifelong learning journey.

• Plan and deliver engaging age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with the AIM Early Years curriculum and educational philosophy.
• Create a safe welcoming and stimulating classroom environment that promotes childrens academic social emotional and physical development.
• Foster curiosity creativity communication and independence through play-based and hands-on learning experiences.
• Observe assess and document student progress maintaining accurate records and providing regular feedback to parents and school leadership.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the individual needs and developmental stages of each child.
• Build positive relationships with students and families maintaining open proactive and effective communication.
• Collaborate closely with teaching assistants specialist teachers and the wider Early Years team to provide a consistent and enriching educational experience.
• Promote positive behaviour emotional wellbeing and a strong sense of belonging within the classroom community.
• Prepare an engaging learning environment that reflects childrens interests celebrates their achievements and encourages exploration.
• Participate actively in school events parent conferences professional development opportunities and the wider life of the school.
• Ensure compliance with all safeguarding health and safety and school policies and procedures.
• Contribute positively to the collaborative culture and values of AIM and Inspired Education.

• A Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education Education or a related field.
• A recognised teaching qualification.
• Previous experience teaching children aged 24 years in an Early Years or Pre-Nursery setting.
• Experience teaching within an American or international school environment is highly desirable.
• A strong understanding of child development and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a nurturing structured and engaging learning environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with students families and colleagues.
• A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for working within a diverse international school community.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is an advantage.
• A strong commitment to safeguarding student wellbeing and providing an outstanding educational experience for every child.
