Desarrollador Salesforce Sr | Hibrido CDMX 2690

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer Sr with at least 45 years of experience participating in large-scale transformation projects for global clients developing innovative and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

This role focuses on Salesforce development configuration and customization ensuring technical excellence scalability and continuous improvement in customer engagement and digital transformation initiatives.

• Design develop and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Customize and configure Salesforce environments according to business needs.
• Develop components using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce SOQL and JavaScript.
• Participate in code reviews debugging and solution optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver high-impact results.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems and tools (Git CI/CD pipelines).

• Strong experience in Salesforce Development (4 years).
• Hands-on expertise in Apex LWC Visualforce SOQL JavaScript.
• Experience in code debugging and solution analysis.
• Familiarity with integrations Git and CI/CD (nice to have).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Engineering Computer Science or similar).
• Salesforce certifications such as:
  • Platform App Builder
  • Platform Developer I
  • Other Salesforce certifications are a plus
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development.
• Advanced English (C1) required for client interaction.

• Hybrid work model in Mexico City Monterrey and Saltillo. Remote work available in the rest of Mexico (restrictions apply).
• Monday to Friday 09:00 18:00 hrs
