We are currently searching for an Analytics Engineer Data Engineering and Power BI:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Build maintain and enhance data pipelines and transformation workflows using dbt and Python DAGs in Airflow.
• Develop clean reliable and reusable data models for analytics and reporting.
• Work with SQL and data warehouse platforms to investigate data troubleshoot issues and implement necessary transformations.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards reports semantic models and DAX measures.
• Translate business requirements into appropriate scalable data models and reporting solutions.
• Perform data analysis validation reconciliation and continuous data quality checks.
• AI Forward: Understand how to marry AI tools to enhance productivity on daily tasks.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• 10 years of Total Experience in the data domain.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Strong Python proficiency for building data pipelines and handling complex transformations and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with dbt and/or modern ELT/data transformation practices.
• Solid understanding of data modeling including dimensional modeling fact/dimension structures and analytics datasets.
• Experience working with a modern cloud data warehouse preferably Snowflake.
• Strong working experience with Power BI including data modeling DAX dashboard development and performance optimization.
• Ability to understand unfamiliar datasets and quickly identify relationships data quality issues and transformation requirements.
• Experience debugging and supporting existing data pipelines and analytics solutions.
• Must be a great communicator and client-facing with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor while seamlessly collaborating as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience emotional intelligence and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering.

• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
