Job Summary

The Database Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the accuracy integrity and completeness of property development economic and market-related data across multiple databases. This position supports research and reporting initiatives by ensuring high-quality data management and providing reliable information to internal stakeholders.

Based in Mexico City this role supports U.S. market operations and research activities requiring strong analytical abilities exceptional attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different regions.

Key responsibilities include data entry validation database maintenance market activity tracking research support reporting assistance and responding to internal information requests. The Database Coordinator will also conduct data audits support GIS-related projects manage multiple assignments simultaneously and contribute to maintaining data integrity across all systems.



Requirements

  • Bachelors degree (completed or in progress) in Business Economics Data Analytics Real Estate or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support data entry database coordination or a related role.
  • Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and database systems.
  • Knowledge of data entry standards and data quality best practices.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dependable proactive and process-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.



  • Required Skills:

    Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in continuous improvement process optimization and project management. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant improvement methodologies is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software. Working Conditions: This role may require occasional travel to various company locations or partner organizations. Flexible work hours to accommodate project needs and deadlines. The position may involve occasional extended work hours during critical project phases.
