Data Analyst Construction Projects

We are recruiting a detail-oriented problem solver to provide data analysis and support for Turner & Townsends Real Estate commissions. The right candidate will demonstrate experience in reviewing compiling interpreting visualizing and presenting data sets to effectively communicate program performance and process ideally within a construction or real estate environment.

The ideal candidate would be curious and love challenges giving ideas and input on how to further develop our analysis and modelling capabilities and bring out the best in their teammates. Candidates should have a thorough understanding of Excel VBA and relational databases with a working knowledge in SQL and Power BI for creating impactful visualizations.

Qualifications :

This role requires a strong technical foundation in data analysis including advanced skills in Excel (such as V/H Lookups and Pivot Tables) and VBA for automation and modeling. Candidates should also have experience working with relational databases and a practical understanding of SQL for querying and managing data. Familiarity with Power BI to create meaningful visualizations is beneficial alongside the ability to handle complex data sets ensure data quality and design dashboards that effectively communicate insights. Experience in the real estate or construction sectors is preferred.

Additional Requirements

• 5 - 7 years of professional data analysis experience or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills to present data insights to clients and internal teams.
• A self-starter attitude with a focus on delivering results.
• Adaptability to challenges and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
• Fluent English
