Customer Service & Sales Operations Internship

Position Summary

Thales is looking for a Customer Service & Sales Operations trainee will gain valuable experience by supporting both Customer Service and Sales Operations teams by assisting in various day-to-day activities. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to provide data analysis report generation and customer service support. The ideal candidate will gain hand-on-experience in sales operations customer service management while developing key skills in communication problem-solving and data analysis.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Responsible for the record and control of the order demand.
• Record and track of the forecast sales and data regarding Orders.
• Track of sales data and forecast to manufacturing.
• Work alongside Customer Services and Sales Operations providing support in different tasks.
• Maintaining communications globally with different sites and teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business Administration Marketing Economics or related field. (preferably be in the 5th semester or at least one year away from finishing credits)
• Intermediate-advanced English proficiency oral and written.
• Strong communicator and negotiator analytical results-oriented customer-oriented a strong time manager autonomous honest and empathetic strong focus on helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
