Propósito

Agregar valor al cliente brindando un extraordinario servicio con un seguimiento puntual a sus requerimientos que asegure satisfacer todas sus necesidades haciendo que su experiencia de compra sea altamente grata demostrando compromiso y empatía con el fin de lograr su fidelización contribuyendo así al crecimiento de la compañía.

Principales responsabilidades

• Generar cotizaciones solicitadas por el equipo comercial y/o clientes. Asi mismo procesar requerimientos de compra de los clientes en SAP.

• Asegurar que la entrega de materiales se realice de acuerdo a lo convenido.

• Generación de reportes: open orders estimado de facturación mensual reporte de quejas.

• Participar en el cumplimiento del KPI de OTD considerando fechas de entrega stock órdenes bloqueadas.

• Participar en las reuniones diarias dando seguimiento a la expeditación de materiales y urgencias que se van presentando.

• Recibir y notificar las quejas recibidas por parte de los clientes tanto de logística como de calidad; informando al cliente la resolución final emitida por el área de Calidad.

• Participar activamente en proyectos / plataformas como el portal de distribuidores salesforce o el PID de Customer Satisfaction Assurance.

• Evaluar y mejorar la satisfacción del cliente a través de visitas a sus oficinas campo generación de workshop; promoviendo una comunicación cercana.

Principalidades responsabilidades

• Licenciatura/Ingeniería concluida

• Inglés intermedio

• Al menos 2 años de experiencia en Customer Service
