Customer Service Analyst

A Day in the Life:
This role is the first point of contact for any customer who has a purchase order special requirement question or an issue with a product or service from the company. The target is to ensure excellent service standards maintain high customer satisfaction and internally has a clear communication with sales operations and logistics team always considering business cost and profits. Coordinate and Lead execution of order book with warehouse logistics and documentation teams

Essential Functions:
Input in SAP the purchase orders from the customer
Responsible of the order to delivery process
Follow up of the trading position of each customer always been aware of volume price and delivery period. Commercial negotiation vs SAP.
Follow up of the drag position with commercial team
Responsible for addressing customer questions about products and services.
Responsible of validate in customers portal the good receive information to proceed with invoicing process
Maintain a record of the customers requirements (transport specs hours handling etc)
Follow up of customers complaints
Channel communication between quality logistics operations and billing & collection
Master Data: new customers update info extensions etc.
SAP key user
Work closely with import team forwarding agents and freight brokers to provide cross boarder support for seamless warehouse replenishment.
Reconcile inventory to orders and forecast to request replenishment from intercompany sources for support of customer orders.
Also in charge of:
Cleaning customer position.
Complaints resolution with QA Team
SAP Trials

Skills/Experience Requirements:
At least 3 years experience in Invoicing Logistics or commercial.
Bachelors degree in Industrial engineering administration or others.
Knowledge of English Native Spanish
Strong Knowledge of importation process and custom compliance preferred.
Desirable Technical knowledge in food companies
SAP knowledge
Excel knowledge

SCHEDULE:
Monday to Saturday weekends availability remotely.
Availability to travel.
