Completions Engineer (Sand Control)

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Sand Control operations safely efficiently and in accordance with customer requirements.

• Support the planning preparation and execution of completion programs related to sand control systems.

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.

• Participate in job risk assessments technical reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with technical and operational teams during service delivery and wellsite execution.

• Ensure compliance with company customer and regulatory standards.

• Lead and support Service Quality and HSE initiatives.

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships throughout project execution.

• Provide technical support during operational troubleshooting and post-job evaluations.

Requirements

Experience

• 5 years of experience in Completions operations within the Oil & Gas industry.

• Hands-on experience in Sand Control operations is required.

• Experience with gravel pack frac pack screen completions and sand control systems is highly preferred.

• Candidates with experience in Cemented Liner Hangers will also be considered.

• Experience working offshore and with major operators is preferred.

• Experience in customer-facing field operations and service delivery environments.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of Sand Control technologies and completion operations.

• Knowledge of completion tools downhole equipment and well construction practices.

• Ability to interpret technical programs procedures and operational documentation.

• Experience supporting risk assessments and operational planning.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
