To strengthen and scale a circular economy initiative in Mexico by mobilizing business participation building strategic partnerships and securing the resources needed to expand its reach and measurable impact.
Lead the initiatives strategic direction and overall performance setting clear priorities for growth and impact.
Adapt international experience and established approaches to the Mexican context rather than applying a fixed model.
Assess what is working identify new opportunities and evolve the initiatives approach as it grows.
Strengthen relationships with participating companies and attract new organizations through a compelling differentiated value proposition.
Engage senior decision-makers and demonstrate how more effective resource use can create operational commercial and environmental value.
Understand each organizations priorities and co-design relevant approaches that move participation from initial commitment to practical action.
Build trusted relationships with businesses institutions funders technical partners and other relevant stakeholders.
Navigate different interests and institutional dynamics with maturity and political sensitivity.
Create alignment around shared objectives while strengthening the initiatives credibility and positioning.
Encourage participating organizations to use measurement and evidence to identify opportunities for improvement.

Backgrounds may include Business Economics Engineering Sustainability Environmental Studies International Development or related disciplines. Additional education in strategy innovation or business development may be valuable.
Senior experience in strategy business development consulting strategic partnerships or initiative leadership.
Demonstrated ability to combine strategic thinking with commercial execution.
Experience engaging senior decision-makers and influencing stakeholders without necessarily having direct authority over them.
Experience developing adapting or scaling programs solutions or business propositions.
Experience working across organizations with different interests and leading small teams.
Exposure to sustainability or circular economy is valuable but deep technical specialization is not required.
Strong strategic and commercial thinking.
Ability to understand organizational challenges and develop tailored propositions.
Consultative approach to business development and stakeholder engagement.
Strong relationship-building negotiation and influencing capabilities.
