Job Summary
AECOM Mexico busca un Coordinador de BIM para apoyar a proyecto de Data Center
Las responsabilidades incluyen pero no se límitan a:
- Manejo de Plan de ejecución BIM (BEP)
- Creación de estándares CAD y BIM
- Manejo de modelos Federados
- Manejo y creación de reportes de avance
- Manejo de revisión de parámetros en Revit y Civil 3D
- Manejo de extracción de cantidades
- Manejo de BIM ACC (En los módulos de Document Managment Project Managment Cost Managment Design Collaboration y Model Coordination).
- Manejo de Revit 3D MAX Civil 3D Autocad Navisworks y aplicaciones para visualizar modelos.
- Manejo de Dynamo (Deseable)
- Manejo de Clash Detection
Qualifications :
Requisitos minimos:
- Arquitecto o afín con mas de 6 años de experiencia o equivalencia demostrada en experiencia y/o educación.
Requerimientos preferentes:
- 7 años de experiencia en coordinación de proyectos de bajo metodología BIM.
- Conocimiento de normativa para manejo de proyecto BIM
- Experiencia en proyectos de Centros de Datos
- Inglés intermedio.
