Control and Drives Engineer (Electronic Specialist)

• Ensure the reliability of machinery in accordance with the Companys Safety and Quality requirements through best maintenance practices considering analysis of equipment performance information and plant production priorities.
• Diagnose and repair issues related to PLCs HMIs VFDs servo drives and industrial control systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot AC/DC drives servo motors and motion control systems.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities for control and drive systems.
• Identify opportunities to reduce downtime and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
• Recommend improvements for obsolete systems and plan migrations.
• Support safety system validation (e.g. safety PLCs emergency circuits).
• Maintain documentation electrical drawings and control schematics.
• Provide technical training and guidance to maintenance technicians.
• Support installation commissioning and startup of new equipment.

Qualifications :

Education/Certification:
Engineering (Mechanical Mechatronics Electronic).

Professional Experience (Variety of Functions Variety of Business General Management Experience): Minimum of 4 years of experience. Knowledge of electrical controls servos DC and AC drives PLCs pneumatics basic mechanics servohydraulics programming languages communication protocols and measurement and control equipment and techniques.

Project and/or Process Experience:
Electronic equipment integrators or metalworking rebuilding companies. Automotive or metalworking industry.

Leadership Experience:
Project Management.

Experience as leader.
