Job Description

- Conducting thorough investigations of internal systems and online storage locations to compile comprehensive records of supplier relationships including agreements amendments orders and spending patterns over time.
- Interpreting / analyzing software licenses and service agreements plus their associated SOWs quotes and purchase orders working without benefit of legal or financial support resources.

- Drawing internal requirements timelines and budgets from internal stakeholders to plan negotiations then drumming up consensus for those negotiation plans

- Executing negotiations plans with external vendor teams leading compromise formation and driving to agreed outcomes

- Presenting on negotiation progress and outcomes to stakeholders building support for approval and execution of contracts

- Documenting progress into daily weekly and monthly reporting including end-of-negotiations wrap-up documentation

- Organize catalog document information and create processes and structures to increase the teams overall capability and efficiency over time
