Job Summary
- Manage end-to-end order processing for customer intercompany and supplier orders ensuring accuracy timely execution and compliance with company procedures.
- Coordinate outbound and inbound order fulfillment including material availability checks delivery scheduling purchase and sales order creation and shipment coordination.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders including Sales Operations Engineering Finance Logistics and Yard teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate proactively regarding product availability delivery schedules order status changes and potential delays.
- Coordinate material transfers and intercompany transactions including import/export documentation and logistics requirements.
- Monitor inventory availability identify shortages and coordinate replenishment or equipment transfers with Operations and Logistics teams.
- Manage backorders and ensure timely resolution while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Process pricing billing credit requests freight charges and order confirmations accurately in accordance with commercial policies.
- Resolve order-related issues including complaints damaged or incorrect deliveries shortages and system discrepancies implementing corrective actions where required.
- Support monthly closing activities through accurate transaction processing and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain regulatory and compliance reporting including Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) reporting where applicable.
- Identify opportunities to improve commercial processes order management efficiency and customer service.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and support additional business initiatives as assigned.
- Comply with AT-PAC policies safety standards and business practices.
Qualifications :
- 35 years of experience in Commercial Operations Customer Service Supply Chain Order Management or a related field.
- Experience in the construction manufacturing industrial or rental equipment industry is preferred.
- Experience working with ERP systems; experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive detail-oriented and solution-oriented.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong commitment to accuracy continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Advanced English required.
