Job Summary
Client Programs Lead
Remote Full-Time Eastern Time (ET) Hours
- Lead client programs and initiatives from kickoff through completion.
- Establish timelines milestones responsibilities and follow-up plans.
- Keep clients and internal stakeholders aligned on priorities and expectations.
- Track deliverables and identify potential delays or dependencies.
- Turn broad client objectives into organized actionable plans.
- Coordinate contributors across different functions and ensure accountability.
- Facilitate regular project updates and communicate important changes.
- Spot inefficiencies within existing workflows and propose better ways of working.
- Maintain clear documentation around program decisions requirements and progress.
- Help leadership understand program health risks and opportunities.
- Support the rollout of new tools processes and initiatives as the company grows.
What Were Looking For
- 3 years of experience in program management project management client delivery implementation or a related field.
- Experience managing multiple initiatives or stakeholders at the same time.
- Strong understanding of digital tools and cloud-based work environments.
- Experience in a startup SaaS AI technology or rapidly scaling company is a strong advantage.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong written communication and the ability to communicate clearly with different audiences.
- Comfortable turning unclear requirements into structured next steps.
- Strong judgment and the ability to make decisions without constant supervision.
- Naturally proactive and comfortable taking ownership.
- Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
