Technical Expertise
- Provides second-level technical support for complex hardware
- Performs advanced troubleshooting root cause analysis and implements permanent fixes.
- Assists in system upgrades deployments and configuration of enterprise applications.

- Communicates effectively with stakeholders providing clear status updates and technical guidance.
- Takes ownership of escalated issues and coordinates resolution across teams.

- Delivers proactive support by anticipating user needs and preventing potential issues.

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Systems Engineering Software Engineering Information Technology Information Systems Computer Science Information Technology Management or a related field; or one to two years of relevant IT experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of network policies network topology LAN environments and IP standards.
- Technical proficiency in corporate systems applications and business processes.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement through task and workflow automation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented solution-focused and innovative.
- Proficiency in software applications and technology tools.
- Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
