Capturista Planeacion

• Apoyo al equipo de planeadores y supervisor de planeación.
• Reunir organizar manejar y actualizar datos e información.
• Soporte en la elaboración de formatos y reportes.
• Generar reportes semanales excepciones (pull in push out cancelaciones) Past due DOA SKU Health Facturas Purchase Req PO abiertas.
• Requerir y dar seguimiento a los procedimientos de aprobación de visita de proveedores.
• Elaboración de graficas métricos del departamento.
• Actualización de graficas en pizarrón de métricos.
• Soporte para generar órdenes de compra en sistema (PO).
• Soporte para crear Info Record.
• Soporte en análisis para resolución de pago facturas.
• Llenado de formato de movimiento shippers y scrap de movimiento de material asi como el debido seguimiento sistemático Y fisico de los movimientos de material
• Soporte para disposición de moldes obsoletos
• Mantener 5S en su área personal y común de trabajo.
• Segregar Residuos de acuerdo con las categorías del área de trabajo.
• Conocer los peligros y riesgos asociados a las actividades y seguir los controles operacionales definidos.
• Operar maquinaria equipo previamente capacitado.

Participar en las capacitaciones de conciencia de ISO 14001 & 45001
