To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Business Systems Analyst located in Guadalajara North Campus.

Reporting to the IT Project Manager the Business Systems Analysts role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

• Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions incorporating user experience design to improve operations and process efficiency
• Provide technical expertise in identifying evaluating and developing systems including designing UI mockups prototypes and user flows to visualize solutions before implementation
• Research design and test new systems and enhancements leveraging graphic design and visual communication to create stakeholder-ready deliverables
• Create infographics dashboards and visual documentation to communicate system changes and project status
• Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues using visual guides and user-centric design to ensure smooth adoption
• Execute Global IT projects with integrated design and communication deliverables

The experience were looking to add to our team:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
  Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  Creative problem solving.
  Strong listening skills and empathy for users and their experiences.
  Analytical skills.
  Intermediate English skills both written and verbal.
  Interest in technology and confidence to demonstrate products.
  Database knowledge as MS SQL. (nice to have other databases knowledge)
  Nice to have Development knowledge.
  Nice to have Networking knowledge.
