Job Summary
DNV Mexico is looking for an Account Representative. The primary function of this role is to act as a point of contact for clients and the internal processing of their accounts.
What Youll Do:
- Will have the responsibility of handling the renewal and amendments of current Management System Certification (MSC) projects on time as well as assure that all information of projects is correct with the aim to keep customer certificates valid;
- Communications with internal and external customers;
- Information Analysis
- Other duties assigned by appropriate management

Qualifications
What Is Required
- Bachelors Degree in related field required
- Minimum of three years experience in the industry
- Windows and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) experience;
- Demonstratable quality customer service at a high volume
- Business (commercial) experience including up-selling (preffered)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Access)
- Strong written and verbal Spanish and English communication skills
