Business Support Assistant

The Business Support Assistant is responsible for accurately entering updating and maintaining data in company systems and databases related to Air & Sea operations. This role requires strong attention to detail intermediate computer skills proficiency in English and the ability to efficiently manage large volumes of information while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Retrieve data files from assigned folders.

• Verify and review that document types are correct and complete.

• Update records with client organization numbers.

• Validate data mapping according to established Work Instructions.

• Follow data confidentiality and security guidelines.

• Perform basic administrative and operational support tasks as required.

• Utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to support data validation information processing and productivity improvements when applicable.

• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office applications and data management tools.

• Knowledge and practical use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in a professional environment.

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.

• Good typing speed and accuracy.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Basic knowledge of data entry tools and office equipment.

• Ability to follow instructions prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Previous experience in data entry administrative support or logistics operations.

• Familiarity with database systems and CRM software.

• Basic knowledge of freight forwarding documents shipping processes and industry terminology related to Air & Sea transportation.
