Business Process Analyst IMMEX TARIFF

As Tariffs take hold this dynamic and evolving role will play a pivotal part in ensuring that Arrow has a smooth and effective Tarif handling process. You will help to clarify what the Tariff(s) mean to Arrow validate our understanding determine and complete the Oracle/off system process and ensure prompt communications to the wider Arrow community all whilst working to protect our financial exposure.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Reviewing monthly status of aging and expiring inventory

• Leading calls with sales asset and operations to ensure timely disposition of inventory
• Initiating inventory movement (IRISOs).
• Troubleshooting any transfer/disposition issues.
• Working with Trade Ops and Logistics to ensure timely execution

• Providing support in other tariff related non IMMEX process

What We Are Looking For:

• Typically requires a 4 year degree and 24 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English
• Familiarity with tariffs international regulations and trade compliance
• Understanding of global markets and cross-border operations
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems is preferred
• Background in finance and regulatory compliance is preferred
• Ability to work independently with little or no guidance
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and apply knowledge effectively
• Critical thinking to identify and resolve challenges efficiently

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days from home
