About the Role
At TD SYNNEX we are looking for a Business Development Executive I with a strong commercial mindset relationship-building skills and a passion for technology to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic Global Accounts across Latin America.
This role is responsible for strengthening customer relationships identifying business growth opportunities coordinating regional initiatives and collaborating with local and international teams to drive revenue within existing accounts. Success in this position requires a consultative approach strong organizational skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers vendors and stakeholders across multiple countries.
What Youll Do
Manage and develop strategic customer relationships across assigned global accounts.
Identify growth and expansion opportunities within existing customer portfolios.
Coordinate commercial initiatives between local regional and global teams.
Build strong partnerships with customers vendors and business partners.
Prepare and deliver business proposals reports and executive presentations.
Track opportunities projects and commercial activities across multiple countries.
Analyze business performance and develop growth plans for assigned accounts.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology trends market developments and TD SYNNEX solutions.
What Were Looking For
Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Marketing or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in Business Development B2B Sales Account Management or Key Account Management.
Experience working with enterprise customers systems integrators service providers or technology companies is preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
Advanced English proficiency required with the ability to communicate effectively in international business environments.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strong customer focus and business development capabilities.
Highly organized with excellent follow-through and priority management skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Results-driven proactive and commercially oriented.
General knowledge of networking infrastructure cloud cybersecurity or enterprise technology solutions is a plus.
Willingness to travel across Latin America based on business needs.
