Business Analyst (Mexico)

The Business Analyst is responsible for delivering reporting analytics and business insights that support the successful management of the Bob Evans account. This role partners closely with account management operations providers and client stakeholders to analyze performance identify opportunities for improvement and provide data-driven recommendations.

• Develop and maintain recurring operational and executive reports.
• Analyze account performance metrics trends spend work order activity and provider performance.
• Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and client presentations.
• Partner with Account Management to identify risks opportunities and process improvements.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across reporting platforms.
• Respond to ad hoc client and internal reporting requests.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate key business insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support account growth and operational excellence.

• Bachelors degree in Business Analytics Finance Economics or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with BI/reporting tools preferred.
• Ability to work with large datasets and communicate insights effectively.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with SQL Looker Power BI or similar analytics tools.
• Experience supporting enterprise accounts in a service facilities or operations environment.
