BPM Analyst

At Ingram Micro youll help drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities to improve business processes enhance efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives. As a BPM Analyst you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization to optimize workflows standardize processes and create sustainable business solutions that contribute to organizational growth and customer satisfaction.

• Analyze document and optimize business processes to improve efficiency productivity and service quality.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and support transformation initiatives.
• Develop process maps workflows SOPs and performance metrics to ensure operational consistency and continuous improvement.
• Monitor key process indicators and provide insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Operations Information Systems or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM) Continuous Improvement Operational Excellence or Process Analysis.
• Knowledge of process mapping methodologies Lean Six Sigma BPMN or related frameworks.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency and experience working in cross-functional environments.
