Billing AR Specialist

A Billing / Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialistis responsible formanaging the companys billing processes and ensuring that outstanding payments are collected efficiently. Their role is crucial inmaintainingthe financial health of an organization by ensuringaccurateinvoicing andtimelypayment collection.

MainResponsibilities

• Interact with clients and gather supporting data to ensure invoice accuracy and specific billingcontingencies.

• Process high volume of billing per month

• Responsible forcollectioneffort and meeting monthlygoals.

• Contacting clients by phone to secure payment and making follow-up calls

• Provide input to policies systems methods and procedures for the effective management and control of billingfunctions.

• Ensure all clientsremaininformed of their outstanding debt and deadlines.

• Educate clientsregardinginvoicereceipts account statements and remittance optionsthrough the use ofour onlineportal.

• Perform basic accounting such as reconciliation and adjustmentpertaining tobillingrole.

• Ensure quality assurance through billing audits andanalytics.

• Perform any other requested task as needed according to the role performed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in accounting or related field.

• Competency in QuickBooks is a plus.

• Bilingual- English and Spanish
