The Associate Brand Manager coordinates the execution of comprehensive brand communication initiatives across paid media experiential activation and public relations platforms. This professional analyzes market dynamics consumer behaviors and competitor competencies to provide actionable insights that directly build brand performance optimize portfolio value and support strategic growth plans.

What You Can Expect:

  • Strategic Brand Planning and Insight Analysis: Actively drives the development execution and monitoring of annual brand plans while continually analyzing key performance indicators industry trends and competitor activities to deliver periodic brand reviews and actionable strategic recommendations.

  • Integrated Communication and Media Management: Coordinates end-to-end brand communication and media plans across all paid media experiential activation and public relations platforms interfacing directly with agencies from initial creative briefing through to comprehensive final campaign evaluations.

  • Cross-Functional Commercial Collaboration: Serves as the primary strategic liaison between Sales Customer Marketing Global and Regional teams to pitch marketing initiatives facilitate key market visits and uncover collaborative commercial growth opportunities.

  • Experiential Execution and Brand Advocacy: Leads total execution of brand experiential platforms and value-added packaging projects maintaining strict brand guardianship across all channels to ensure the trademark is expressed consistently.

  • Financial and Administrative Performance Management: Manages the operational marketing budget including comprehensive profit and loss monitoring monthly advertising and promotion spend management purchase order generation and thorough invoice control.

  • Strategic Relationship and Agency Governance: Directs daily workflows and fosters robust partnerships with internal departments and external creative PR and media agencies to ensure all strategic communication output satisfies core business imperatives.

  • : Controls assigned project life cycles from resource allocation to closure leading robust post-evaluation reviews to implement key learnings that continuously optimize overall marketing efficiency.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a closely related commercial field.

  • Professional Marketing Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven brand-building portfolio development and marketing success stories within fast-moving consumer goods global enterprises.

  • Analytical and Financial Competency: Strong numerical skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret Nielsen and ISCAM market research data manage brand profit and loss structures and optimize commercial performance metrics.

  • Strategic Communication and Language Skills: Intermediate professional proficiency in written and spoken English paired with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional global brand teams in multicultural environments.

  • Integrated Creative and Digital Mastery: Technical understanding of modern consumer digital marketing frameworks and contemporary multimedia production trends to drive innovative brand activations.
