Your New Role
We are seeking a detail-orientedAnalyst P2P Customer Careto join ourteam. This roleis responsible forprovidingworld-class proactive customer service to both internal and external stakeholders ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
Your New Accountabilities
Investigate and resolve complex issues including missing payments duplicate invoices and purchase order discrepancies.
Respond to inquiries promptly and accurately viaServiceNow email phone and chat.
Ensure allProcure to Pay (PTP) inquiries are handled in compliance with company policies.
Deliver support to global internal and external customers across various regions.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes.
Complete ad hoc assignments as directed by management.
Support system enhancements process improvements and the implementation of new company codes including testing and validation.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in business or commerce.
25 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or related finance functions.
Strong understanding of AP processes and financial controls.
Experience withServiceNowis a plus.
Proficiency inSAPandAribais preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
Flexible adaptable and able to thrive in a global environment.
Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.
Experience working in Shared Services is a plus
