Job Description

  • Perform customer analysis on the trending payments disputes on account etc. and proactively
  • drive Collections using this information.
  • Coordinate with cash applications invoicing dispute D&D Sales etc. teams on actions pending to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Execute outbound telephone calls and other contact to customers (Customer queries/requests/disputes logging)
  • Communicating with stakeholders/customers via email telephone VC etc.
  • Highlight risks on customer account and proactively have action plan to mitigate the risk
  • Reconcile customer accounts
  • Follow up with customers regarding past-due payments
  • Update client billing information
  • Billing invoice generation and processing
  • Perform timely Self -Assessment for OTC controls and ensure 100% control effectiveness.
  • Maintain documentation for compliance reporting and audits
  • Revenue analysis by customer by service by volume mix
  • Posting of Tax entries on collection
  • MDM support to create new customers.
  • Training and coaching new team members.
  • Participate and support testing and implementation of improvement initiatives.

Who we are looking for:

The minimum education experience knowledge skills & abilities required to perform the position.

  • Bachelors degree in accounting or finance (preferred)
  • 1-4 years of Accounts Receivables experience.
  • English Level (oral and written): Intermediate or higher (required)
  • Prior experience of working on IFS system would be an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of E2E AR process and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of MS office Word Excel etc.
  • Familiar with MS Outlook & Internet.
  • Good communication skills Should be able to independently communicate with stakeholders via emails telephone etc.
  • Good personal attributes Confident & Team player
