About the Role

This role is for a finance position within Orveons FP&A organization supporting partners across SG&A Commercial and Supply Chain to drive financial performance across our brand portfolio. The Analyst will assist with budgeting forecasting and long-range planning perform variance analysis and prepare reporting that helps senior leadership make informed strategic and operational decisions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the budgeting forecasting and long-range planning process on a monthly quarterly and annual basis partnering with regional and functional leaders to monitor global spending.
• Analyze drivers of month-end variances versus budget forecast and prior year driving accountability around cost-saving initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional business leads commercial marketing supply chain procurement logistics and operations to drive value creation initiatives
• Track KPIs to measure business performance identify trends and help improve financial visibility and reporting tools across the organization.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses reports and presentations to support business reviews and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
• 2 years of professional finance experience ideally including exposure to FP&A Commercial Finance or accounting in a CPG or beauty company.
• Exposure to month-end close reporting budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience with large ERP systems; NetSuite highly preferred. Knowledge of NSPB and SmartView a plus.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with solid ad-hoc modeling and reporting capabilities.
• Detail-oriented and curious able to dig into the nuts and bolts of reporting and clearly summarize findings for senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; results-driven with growing business acumen.
• Collaborative solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to ask questions and share ideas.
• Ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution manage tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
