AI Technical Product Manager

About You

You are an AI Technical Product Manager who is passionate about building AI-powered products that solve real business problems and deliver measurable value. You thrive at the intersection of business technology and artificial intelligence translating strategic objectives into scalable product solutions.

You enjoy working with cross-functional teams defining product vision prioritizing initiatives and driving AI adoption across the organization. You are analytical customer-focused and comfortable balancing business needs technical feasibility and user experience to maximize the impact of AI investments.

You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Systems Business Engineering Artificial Intelligence or a related field is desired or equivalent professional experience.
• 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• 3 years of experience managing enterprise software products and product roadmaps.
• Proven experience defining product vision strategy roadmaps and managing product backlogs.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI Large Language Models (LLMs) AI Agents and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Semantic Search and Enterprise Knowledge Bases.
• Experience defining KPIs measuring product performance and driving user adoption.
• Ability to translate business requirements into user stories product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Experience leading Agile product delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of Data Governance Analytics Responsible AI and AI governance principles.
• Strong stakeholder management communication facilitation and presentation skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.

You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the AI product vision strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on business value technical feasibility ROI and organizational impact.
• Own and manage the AI product backlog throughout the product lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into user stories product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Lead AI product discovery sessions with business stakeholders.
• Drive the evolution of AI knowledge bases Semantic Search Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Enterprise Intelligence capabilities.
• Partner closely with Engineering Data Operations and Executive Leadership to successfully deliver AI-powered products.
• Drive stakeholder engagement product adoption organizational alignment and change management initiatives.
• Define monitor and optimize product KPIs business outcomes and value realization metrics.
• Ensure Responsible AI governance compliance and best practices are incorporated throughout the product lifecycle.
• Continuously improve AI products through customer feedback experimentation and iterative delivery.
• Communicate AI capabilities risks limitations and opportunities to both technical and business audiences.

Qualifications :

• 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Experience building AI-powered products including Generative AI LLMs RAG or AI Agents.
• Experience defining product strategy roadmaps KPIs and managing product backlogs.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts and AI governance.
• Advanced English proficiency.
