DXC is looking for an AI Solution Leader a disruptor who will fundamentally rethink how sales is done by leveraging AI agents generative AI and automation at scale. This is not an incremental improvement role. You will challenge the status quo break legacy patterns and design bold AI-first solutions that give DXC sellers an unfair competitive advantage.

We want someone who sees what others miss who looks at a manual sales process and envisions an autonomous agent swarm replacing it. You will drive transformational change prototype rapidly push boundaries and convince the organization to adopt radical new approaches. If you are comfortable with ambiguity energized by disruption and obsessed with the art of the possible in AI this role is for you.

What Youll Do:

  • Identify and disrupt inefficient sales processes by designing AI-native replacements autonomous agents that eliminate manual work accelerate deals and create entirely new sales motions

  • Envision and prototype breakthrough AI agent capabilities that leapfrog current approaches: predictive deal orchestration autonomous prospecting real-time competitive war-gaming and AI-driven negotiation support

  • Challenge existing sales technology assumptions evaluate where legacy tools should be replaced entirely by agent-based architectures rather than incrementally enhanced

  • Drive rapid experimentation: build MVPs fast test with real sellers measure ruthlessly and kill what does not work fail fast learn faster

  • Evangelize AI-first thinking across the sales organization inspire adoption through compelling demos measurable results and a bold vision of the future

  • Scout and evaluate emerging AI technologies startups and research breakthroughs bring the outside in and ensure DXC stays ahead of the curve

  • Build the strategic narrative: define what AI-native sales looks like at DXC in 12-24 months and create the roadmap to get there

  • Partner with sales leadership to identify the highest-leverage disruption opportunities where AI agents can create step-change improvements in revenue outcomes

Who You Are:

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science AI/ML Engineering Business or related field or equivalent experience as a proven innovator

  • 5 years of experience driving technology-led disruption in sales go-to-market or revenue operations with demonstrable AI/ML expertise

  • Track record of challenging the status quo and delivering transformational outcomes not just incremental optimization

  • Deep understanding of the AI landscape: LLMs agentic systems multi-agent orchestration generative AI and automation platforms

  • Hands-on ability to prototype solutions (Python AI frameworks no-code/low-code agent builders) you lead by building not just directing

  • Experience with sales ecosystems (CRM enablement revenue intelligence) and a vision for how AI will replace or reinvent them

  • Comfort operating in ambiguous fast-moving environments where the playbook does not yet exist
