We are currently searching for a Senior AI Engineer:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Design and develop scalable AI-driven applications (C#) and Python.
• Build and deploy enterprise AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures.
• Develop intelligent agents and multi-agent workflows using modern agent orchestration frameworks.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions with vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Integrate AI services with enterprise applications APIs and data platforms.
• Build reusable AI components services and accelerators following engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners architects data engineers and business stakeholders to define AI use cases and technical solutions.
• Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise requirements for security governance scalability and performance.
• Conduct code reviews mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI engineering standards and best practices.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies frameworks and industry trends.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• 5 years of software engineering experience.
• 2 years of experience delivering AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in production environments.
• Demonstrated experience working on enterprise-scale AI implementations.
• Strong proficiency /C# development.
• Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML application development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native development.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI Service Azure AI Services Azure Functions API Management and Azure storage services.
• Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs microservices and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search technologies.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience emotional intelligence and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering.
