Accounting Manager | Leading Global Company

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to join a leading company with regional operations and high-impact challenges.

At INHAUS we are supporting a fast-evolving organization within the Finance & Administration area seeking to add a key position to lead the accounting and financial operation bringing analytical thinking structure and strong management capabilities to a dynamic and demanding environment.

This role will play a strategic part in overseeing accounting processes financial analysis tax compliance and process improvement initiatives working cross-functionally with different business areas and supporting decision-making through reliable and high-quality information.

Main Responsibilities

Coordinate and ensure the accurate recording of accounting operations
Manage monthly closing processes and validation of financial information
Oversee the preparation of financial statements and management reports
Lead tax and fiscal processes ensuring proper compliance and follow-up
Analyze financial indicators and reports to support business decisions
Optimize and update accounting procedures and internal processes
Monitor bank reconciliations operational expenses and financial movements
Collaborate in the preparation of management reports financial analysis and P&L reporting

What We Value

Degree in Accounting Finance or related fields
Previous experience coordinating and supervising accounting operations
Advanced Excel skills and strong numerical and analytical abilities
Structured proactive and solution-oriented profile with a continuous improvement mindset
Ability to lead work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
