As our Accountant you will be supporting JBTM Mexico which has a primary operational focus on Accounts Payable and supports the day-to-day Finance operation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Review validate and support the processing of supplier invoices ensuring proper documentation approvals accounting treatment and compliance with company policies.
• Manage and review Concur expense reports including validation of receipts business purpose expense coding approval flow and policy compliance.
• Support employee reimbursement processes and follow up on pending rejected or incomplete expense reports.
• Support AP payment cycles including invoice readiness vendor follow-up payment documentation and coordination with Treasury as needed.
• Review and follow up on vendor statements open items discrepancies and aging balances.
• Prepare and support monthly accruals prepaid expenses and AP-related month-end close activities.
• Reconcile AP-related accounts and investigate financial discrepancies.
• Support intercompany reconciliations and follow up on open balances.
• Maintain proper audit trail and documentation for internal control audit and local tax compliance purposes.
• Resolve queries from internal stakeholders vendors Finance Procurement Operations and other business areas.
